Concierge competition is heating up. Here’s how indies can compete
Vivian’s focus has always been working “behind the scenes” within the traditional brokerage model since starting her career in real estate over seven years ago. From her first job as an assistant to a Listing and Marketing Coordinator, Office Administrator, Operations Manager, to her current position at Head of Agent Experience and Integration at The Address, she has excelled and made her mark.
With numerous responsibilities that are invaluable to this fast-growing, innovative firm, Vivian handles the gamut, including onboarding new agents, designing and implementing office policies, establishing standards and procedures, and providing training/assistance for all company tech platforms. “My goal is to bring a positive, informative, hands-on, and enjoyable approach in everything an agent could need or expect from their brokerage, to help their business grow and thrive, from the day they walk in our door through their entire time here.”
She doesn’t believe in a ‘one size fit all’ mentality, regardless of how big or small a company is. This aligns perfectly with how The Address conducts their business. Rather, Vivian devotes time and attention to tailoring her services to the entity she’s with, and the agents she assists. She is extremely organized and detail-oriented, and takes comfort in knowing how to adjust the way she works and apply it to different groups of people depending on what they respond to best. Her favorite part of her job is knowing she helped someone get their job done!
Originally from San Jose, CA, Vivian moved to Southern California at the age of 18. She graduated from Pepperdine University with degrees in Political Science and International Studies. While in college she was an assistant to Madison Hildebrand, a top agent who starred on “Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles.” Vivian fell in love with everything the real estate industry had to offer, and served in various positions on his team. She met Troy Palmquist, founder of The Address, while at Wedgewood/Maxim Properties, and later worked with Partners Trust (which was acquired by Pacific Union then Compass), resulting in a substantial following in the agent community.
Vivian resides in Malibu (with her very cute Lhasa Apso dog) and has no intention of leaving anytime soon! She speaks Spanish fluently, and loves all sorts of activities and creative pursuits in her free time.
