How to Schedule Your Day as a Real Estate Agent
Shannon began her real estate career because of her love for business transactions and teaching people the benefits of owning property. She enjoys educating clients and offering resources to help them reach their goals, as she does guiding them and working through complex issues with ingenuity and ease.
Representing the interests of buyers, sellers and investors, Shannon is resilient and passionate in everything she does. She’s known for her flair for negotiating the best possible terms, submitting unrefusable offers with a competitive edge, and providing guidance and clarity throughout the escrow process.
Upon closing her very first real estate deal, Shannon was recognized by Silver Wright Law Firm for her solution-seeking abilities, mediating and closing a 20-year-long case pertaining to a distressed residential property with pending lawsuits between the seller and the city. As a result, her seller walked away with $100K cash as opposed to owing any money, and the city received payments in full for all debts owed. Now that’s prowess!
Shannon grew up in Lake Arrowhead, California. Her dad was a figure skating coach for the Olympic Training Center, which explains her "You can do it!" attitude. She attended Riverside City College and The Masters University for Music Education where she toured the U.S. in music performance, and later went on to become a restaurant general manager and Hollywood makeup artist.
Currently residing in Camarillo, CA, Shannon takes part in every activity that California has to offer, whether it's climbing Mount Whitney, snowboarding or wakesurfing. The adventure never ends for she and her wife, who are currently working towards becoming foster parents and hope to have a positive impact on children's lives.
