Nick Ialacci is a southern California native well-entrenched in the real estate market. Nick grew up in the San Gabriel Valley before moving to Orange County to attend Cal State University of Fullerton. After receiving his degree, he spent five years in Santa Monica getting acquainted with and enjoying the Westside. He now splits his time between residences in Santa Monica and Agoura Hills.
An entrepreneurial spirit drove Nick to start his own venture in the health and wellness sector where he honed managerial, strategic, and critical thinking skills. This blended with an innate and genuine sense of caring that helped him build a thriving business with a loyal clientele. Nick carried his business acumen and benevolent nature over to real estate which are invaluable when guiding clients through one of the most important and intimate purchases of their lives; buying a home. He began his real estate career as an intern for one of the top teams at Keller Williams focused on properties in the Hollywood Hills. Later Nick joined a top team at Douglas Elliman, and excelled as an independent agent at Compass. Proud to be now with The Address, he continues setting himself apart with his out-of-box thinking, and keen understanding of the emotional and strategic aspects of real estate.
Nick feels that while the client relationship is vitally important, so too is networking. He values business relationships and spends time cultivates them. As such he has forged bonds with high-end business professionals and earn the coveted role as their go-to LA realtor for their personal clients that include Financial Advisors, Business Managers, Accountants, Music Managers, Entertainment Attorneys, Divorce Attorneys, Talent Managers, to name a few. Nick especially found a passion and niche in Sports and Entertainment, and in a short time built a deep client list of influential individuals who once seemed untouchable.
To stay up-to-date and on trend in an ever-changing marketplace and garner referral business with other top agents around the country, Nick makes a point to frequently travel to other key cities in the U.S. This allows him to be of great benefit when his clients need to relocate to these high-commuter cities.
