A licensed realtor in the state of California since 2005, Brenda also holds a BPO (Broker Price Opinion) designation that distinguishes her, in her field. She is extremely well-versed on assessing the pricing and potential of properties, and has a keen eye for detail honed in by her years as a public accountant.
Brenda is also a savvy business woman, having successfully run an import company with a factory in Seoul, South Korea. She is 100 percent devoted to her work and her clients, gives them 150 percent of her time, and makes every effort to achieve that “perfect” purchase or sale experience.
A homeowner since age 22, Brenda understands the magnitude and the reward of owning real estate. She grew up in Minnesota, on one of the 10,000 lakes in the southwestern part of the state in a city called Currie, and has lived in Moorpark since moving to California in the year 2000. Her specialty is working with sellers and buyers in Ventura County, with a particular interest in the Serenata and Country Club Estate areas of Moorpark, among many others.
Brenda takes great pride in giving the best care to her clients! “It is my desire to get everyone exactly what they are looking for, whether it be a new home, the most money from their existing home, or whatever else they need!”
She and her husband were married in the Virgin Islands, which is their “ultimate” spot for spending time. They have two children and one grandchild. Brenda loves riding motorcycles, is a health enthusiast, plus enjoys cooking and entertaining. She has been involved with raising funds for the Diabetes Association, and as co-chair of the non-profit 501c3, Ventura County Diabetes Awareness Foundation.
