Download for Free VIRTUAL REAL ESTATE: the future of online buying and selling
For Ashlee Graham, real estate has been a passion that turned into a career. When she started living on her own at the age of 19, she quickly came to realize that home ownership was the way to go. Ashlee was tired of dishonest landlords and never being able to upgrade or decorate without getting permission. As a result, she made it her goal to purchase her first condo by the age of 23.
“I absolutely loved the process of buying a home and know that my Realtor was the main reason why. By always keeping her word, and taking the time to explain the process to me, she made what could have been a stressful situation a very easy and pleasant experience. Because of that, my interest in real estate kept growing and I got my license. It is with this same honesty, dedication, and attention to my clients’ needs that I conduct my business. It is my goal that your experience working with me is just as successful and rewarding.”
Ashlee hit the ground running, earning Rookie of the Year in 2002. She also was recognized for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction in 2008-2013 and has been a Million Dollar Club award winner from 2014-2019. Her focus is providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. To best do this, she works hard to identify someone’s needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions and she performs comparative market analysis to determine accurate property values.
As a Director of Catering and Event Sales for two decades, Ashlee honed all the skills necessary to excel in her real estate practice by exceeding revenue goals, negotiating contracts, understanding market trends, competition and customers and most importantly, building relationships! Even after the closing papers are signed, she continues to be hardworking, trustworthy and dependable for whatever a client needs, going above and beyond at every possible opportunity.
